I will never order from Gurney’s again. People in INDIA answer the phones!!! What is wrong with giving jobs to people in the United States?
Thanks for your concern, Joy. We employ both a full-time U.S. call center, and a part-time call center in India to assist us if we are too busy. We think that our customers would prefer to have a shorter hold time and get the information they need as quickly as possible.
